Habanero Deviled Nuts:
Make the wings as hot as you like by using a Habanero Seasoning packet, (season to taste) or use
fresh habanero chilis: 1 for mild, 2 for med, 4 for hot, 8 for Xhot, seeded and chopped.
3 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound (4 1/2 cups) pecan halves, walnut halves, whole almonds and/or mixed nuts

Yield: 18 (1/4-cup) servings
Heat oven to 300°F. Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt, Habanero seasoning to taste in medium bowl;
mix well. Add nuts; toss until well coated.
Place nuts into ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake, stirring every 10 minutes, for 30 minutes. Cool completely.
Store in container with tight-fitting lid.
