Dave's Habanero Spiced Buffalo Wings
Make the wings as hot as you like by using a Habanero Seasoning packet, (season to taste) or use
fresh habanero chilis: 1 for mild, 2 for med, 4 for hot, 8 for Xhot, seeded and chopped.
24 chicken wings
1 vegetable oil for deep - frying
1 1/2 tb vinegar
3 tb mango puree; **see note
3 tb honey
4 tb butter
1 6oz can tomato sauce

Cut the chicken wings in half and remove and discard the wing tips. Heat oil in a large heavy-bottomed
pot or wok to 370 degrees. Fry chicken wings in 3 or 4 batches, until golden brown and cooked through,
about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Stir together the tomato sauce, habanero seasoning or fresh chili, vinegar, mango puree and honey. Brush
on sauce.
